Watercolor Print - 1st Avenue "Downtown" Mission B.C.

This is a giclee print of my original watercolor of 1st Avenue "Downtown" Mission, B.C.  The City of Mission's historic downtown strip originally named Washington Avenue, later Main Street and since the 1980's called First Avenue.  I drive or walk along this street at least once a week and had wanted to paint one of the historic buildings.  The painting turned into the entire street with the Cheam Mountain Range standing tall in the background.  

Printed on acid-free, archival velvet fine uncoated 100% cotton rag paper using archival inks.  

The print is hand signed by the artist and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
